About the brand

by mukk is an independent, family-owned skincare brand focused on natural formulas, marine ingredients, and sustainability. All products are developed in-house in their own lab, with a philosophy rooted in respect—for both the skin and the environment.

Campaign goal

The objective was to create a visual library that aligns with the brand’s values and aesthetic. The images were meant to be seasonless, adaptable across platforms, and strong in their visual identity without relying on overt stylization.

Target audience

by mukk appeals to women who have moved beyond conventional skincare and are now seeking products that feel aligned—functionally, philosophically, and ingredient-wise. They care deeply about what they put on their skin, and they respond to subtlety, clarity, and intention.

Creative concept

The visual language centered around the sensory nature of the product—how it feels, moves, and behaves in contact with skin, water, and natural materials. Scenes were captured through glass, on damp surfaces, and with foamy textures to bring out the product’s softness and purity. No excess styling was used—only what served the brand’s quiet minimalism.

Deliverables

The final delivery included approximately 80 photographs, ranging from close-ups of product application to atmospheric compositions. The images express both function and feeling, and serve equally well for product display and mood-driven storytelling across Instagram, ads, and broader communications.

Collaboration & challenges

The entire process—from moodboarding to final delivery—was in sync. The brand’s visual sense was mirrored in the output, and no significant revisions were needed.

Distribution

The content was created to serve as a long-term asset library, usable across campaigns or as core brand visuals. Its seasonless tone allows for consistent use throughout the year.

Strategic impact

The project expanded the brand’s visual vocabulary—from the tactile to the emotional. The outcome is a collection of assets that communicate care, softness, and depth—qualities essential for brands rooted in mindful beauty.
